Joe, a skilled Nurse Practitioner, brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our practice, ensuring every patient receives the highest quality care. For select state compliance (such as PA) Joe collectively collaborates with physicians to allow him to delivery high-quality healthcare services while meeting all necessary regulatory standards.

Alongside him is his wife, Celeste, who expertly manages our administrative operations. With her organizational skills and attention to detail, Celeste ensures our practice runs smoothly, allowing Joe and our providers to focus on what they does best—caring for patients.
We’re in the process of adding additional providers to better serve our community. Recently, we welcomed Katrina to the team. With her experience working in diverse population settings, she brings a broad range of understanding and knowledge that enriches the care we provide.
